Writing a book is a dream for so many people. I’m often asked for advice on how to make that dream a reality. I wish I had an easy answer! But a great place to start is by joining the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators–SCBWI.org. They have local chapters around the country and many great resources and information. Check out their bulletin board online. You don’t need to be a member.

Unfortunately, I am not able to read or review manuscripts. Look for a writing critique partner in a local writer’s group or an online writing community. It’s great to share this journey with a writing buddy.
